1. Shipping Agreements: All shipments are subject to written confirmation and final acceptance by Fr8Fast. Quotes are estimates and may vary based on actual cargo details and third-party surcharges.
2. Liability: Fr8Fast is not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure events. Liability for loss or damage is limited to the amount defined by the applicable international freight conventions.
3. Payment Terms: All invoices are payable within the terms stated. Late payments may incur interest charges. Freight may be withheld until full payment is received.
4. Customs & Documentation: The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping and customs documentation. Fr8Fast is not liable for penalties or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete documentation.
5. Insurance: Insurance is available upon request and must be confirmed in writing before shipment. Without written confirmation, shipments travel uninsured at the customer’s risk.
6. Dispute Resolution: All disputes are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any legal claims will be resolved in a New Zealand court of law.
7. Service Availability: Fr8Fast reserves the right to refuse service, revise quotes, or amend routes or methods in response to unforeseen circumstances.
